Extruded through bronze dies and slowly dried at low-temperatures. This restaurant-quality pasta has the vibrant, golden yellow color so characteristic of freshly made pasta served in Italy, as well as a soft supple bite.
Egg Fusilloni Giganti are an oversized version of the popular fusilli (corkscrew) shape. Three times the size of regular fusilli, this gigantic pasta piles beautifully on a plate making it ideal for restaurant menus.
