Backorders and Special Orders

Many of our items are special ordered and made for you in Europe and may take 4-8 weeks to receive. An order is charged to your credit/debit or paypal when the order is placed. As soon as the item arrives to our warehouse it will be shipped to you or your designated recipient. We will notify you at the time the order is placed the approximate ship date to you or your recipient. In the event you would like to cancel your order at the time of the delay notification, simply ring us at 1-800-706-9993 or email sales@annmarie.com and we can accommodate a refund to you. You may cancel your special order only before it is specially ordered or at the time of receiving an email regarding a delay. Once the special order is confirmed by the customer via phone or email, ordered by the store, and paid for we cannot allow returns on these items.

Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Expressand Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates expire 2 years after purchasing them.

Holiday Delivery Dates

While we can estimate delivery dates, we cannot guarantee holiday delivery on any orders due to various unforeseen delays caused by weather or high shipping volumes with shipping carriers. Therefore, we cannot offer money back for orders that do not arrive by a certain holiday/date.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You may be charged for the whole order before the whole order is shipped as some items need to be special ordered by the store and ship later on. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Ann Marie's Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products shipping 1-3 days; , For orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday there may be a delay of a day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at the time you are notified of the product delay. If it is a special order that was not in stock, rather specially ordered to fulfill a specific customer's order, we will not allow returns.

Privacy

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the Ann Marie Store site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the Sample Store site. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.

We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

Other sites accessible through our site have their own privacy policies and data collection practices. Please consult each site's privacy policy. Our Store is not responsible for the actions of third parties.

Return Policy

Our standard return policy is 10 days for store credit. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 10 days from the date of purchase. Our standard return policy for items is 10 days for store credit, as we do not refund with money back. Since our most of our pottery is handmade, certain flaws are considered normal in the handmade process so in this event store credit can be issued up to 10 days if you are not happy with your handmade purchase. NO RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS. In the event of breakage, please notify us within 2-3 days of receiving your shipment and keep all original packaging.   

Sale Items cannot be returned.  All Sales Final on these items.  Free Shipping does not apply to sale items.
Customers are responsible to pay shipping on returned items.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Time - Most orders will ship within 1-3 days of receipt of your order. As the holidays approach we work as fast as we can to get them out within a day, but this is not guaranteed. We may change your chosen shipping carrier on the rare occasion that the item it too expensive to ship by the chosen carrier or cannot be shipped by a certain carrier.

Free shipping promotions only apply to Ground Shipping. If you use a free shipping code, we will use the carrier that offers the most effective cost while still shipping in a reasonable time frame.

Certain items on special order will take longer to ship. These particular items will note the delay on their product page and/or you will be notified of the delay via the email address provided for the order.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Ann Marie's or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

SpeeDee Delivery:   Usually allow 1-2 days for delivery to Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, North Dakota and South Dakota.  During the holidays it may take longer, they do not have guaranteed delivery dates. 

Stolen or Lost Packages

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR  STOLEN PACKAGES THAT HAVE BEEN DELIVERED TO YOUR LOCATION.  ANN  MARIE'S NO LONGER WILL GIVE REFUNDS FOR STOLEN ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN DELIVERED TO YOUR DESTINATION.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF SOMEONE IN YOUR HOUSE HAS ORDERED THE ITEMS WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT.

Please email or call us if you require a signature on delivery or need help on "what to do next" if your package has been stolen off of your porch. 
Please call your Local Post Office or Fed Ex Office if you believe they have delivered to the wrong destination.   Ring Ann Marie's at  800 706 9993.

Taxes

Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. 

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
