Small rectangle is perfect for single portions or butter or for holding a jug and sugar bowl.

Medium rectangle is just perfect for a mug and a sandwich or for bunch of biscuits.

Large rectangle is the answer to baguette and bread loaves and garlic bread, but could also be used for a multitude of other uses. Ice cream logs or terrines would be just perfect presented on this generously sized plate.
